Matthew started his career in investment banking after graduating from Berkeley, and went on to oversee the finances of a number of divisions within NIKE, ultimately being named CFO of the NIKE Brand in 2020. In conversation with MBA students, Matthew will also talk about his career journey in finance and the effect the pandemic has had on his leadership style.
