How to sign the maximum amount of agency (DFY) clients Paid Trial/Setup Offers There is a profuse problem in the space right now and everybody trying to turn every single type of offer into a recurring offer. Let's do a though experiment quickly: Which sounds more expensive? $12,000 for 3 months $4,000 per month The answer, you will find with cold traffic, is that you will sign substantially less people by saying option two. Because when you say a recurring price, you are automatically making the prospect compare it against their cash flow. When you sign a packaged one time price, you make them compare is against their savings & what's currently sitting in their bank account. By trying to force subscriptions - you are actively ruining your conversion rates and close rates. There is no reason to require people to immediately get on a subscription. You do not meet somebody and immediately start dating. You do a talking phase where you go on a couple dates and you give each other some time to warm up - and if you like each other, THEN you start dating. The idea that you get a client on a recurring subscription and they automatically stay forever is just completely wrong. Anybody can stop paying a "contract" at any give time and unless you have the capital to actually go pay a lawyer and sue them - they are not obligated to pay you, ESPECIALLY if you stop work on the service. If they stop paying you and you CONTINUE work that's another story - but are you actually going to do that? No. You're going to stop work and move on. So why then do you think it's a good idea to actively force people to get on a subscription to work with you? The market is sick and tired of subscriptions. And what will ACTUALLY HAPPEN when you stop forcing people to get on subscriptions is that you will sign MORE CLIENTS, which gives you exposure to more relationships, and through those, you will end up signing MORE recurring revenue AFTER your setup/trial offers. For coaching businesses: Hybrid Offers The best value proposition of all time is Done For You. People (especially rich people) DO NOT want to work. The constraint for them is TIME, not money. Therefore, if you appendage a DFY component ON TOP of and BEFORE your coaching offer, you will substantially increase your conversion rates. A good example of this is our new offer called Olympia. We have a program called Client Ascension for Agency Owners/B2B companies that helps them reach $30k/mo. We then have an offer called Olympia, which is for business owners ABOVE $30k/mo where we help them scale to 6 figures per month with ads, a sales team, and a fulfillment team. I made a version of Olympia called Olympia Ultimate. This has a bunch of Done-For-You components on the front of it.
