The city of Vancouver held the winter Olympics in 2010 through the month of February. The city was packed with people from all over the world, celebrating these games in the beautiful streets. On February 28th 2010 Sidney Crosby scored the winning goal in the 7th minute of OT, giving team Canada gold medal in hockey. Not only did this goal give the country gold in the most dominant sport of the winter Olympics, but it also gave Canada the record for most gold medals in the winter Olympics history. Moments after, downtown erupted in a sea of proud Canadians. Downtown Vancouver was filled with: stiff shoulder, zip line, japadog, Mexican wrester mask, lightsaber, Shangri la, face paint, hooligans, flag, foam, hula hoop, Canada dog, clock, bulldog, roller blades, chest bumps, water fountain, foam splashing and much more.
