Ingredients required for making fish fingers - Fish fillet - Any firm fish fillets (tilapia, cod, basa, bhetki, pollock,hallibut) - 350 gm /12 oz Lemon/ lime juice - 1 tbsp salt - as per taste . You need salt for the first and second marinations. You even need salt to add in your breadcrumbs. I have mentioned in the video how much salt I used but the quantity of addition of salt depends entirely on one’s preference so I will leave that entirely in your hands.
