I’ll show you how to layer on the glitter and adhere your favorite napkins using the reverse decoupage technique. And WOW...wait till you see all the sparkling glitter (does NOT rub off) The other supplies you will need are: glitter Mod Podge (or make your own), glitter spray (optional), paint brushes, white paint, acrylic sealer and a small plastic lunch bag!
