In todays video, I tried to make Korean Bulgogi Burger at home! I cheated a little bit and used pre-made BULGOGI sauce because I just had some left that I wanted to use up! but if you can't find this near by you can make your own! its soo easy~    • Bulgogi (Korean BBQ) Recipe      • Bulgogi (Korean BBQ: 불고기)   Also, if you are not sure if your patties are cooked or not, what I did was I poked a hole in the middle and checked if the juice was clear or red-ish~ if it is clear ur good~ but I guess it depends on how you want it cooked~ Potato wedges were cut first and i boiled them in water for about 5 minutes~ then seasoned with salt and black pepper. I didn't deep fry them in oil but I cooked them in my air fryer. Air fryers usually don't need as much oil! I used only one tablespoon. Then topped it off with parsley and siracha mayo.
