As part of the festival we featured talks by around 60 Scholars, Sages, and Seekers to share about Shankara’s life, works and influence across multiple dimensions that include Philosophy, Oneness, Leadership and more. June 15th, Evening session : Gloria Arieira spoke on the topic "Advaita and Management". She mentioned that Vedanta gives us the analysis of reality, it becomes the basis of human life. There is only one absolute reality that doesn't change and it is the very nature of our Self. But from the Vyavaharika view, we have to manage this person. Through Karma Yoga, along with Viveka and Vairagya we will be able to understand and solve the problems of the relative world. Gloria Arieira is a student of Swami Chinmayananda, and Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Besides her stay at Sandeepani Sadhanalaya, she also studied at other ashrams in Uttarkashi and Rishikesh in North India. Since her return to Brazil, she has been teaching Vedanta and Sanskrit in Rio de Janeiro and other cities in Brazil, from 1979, as well as in Portugal, from 2009. She was awarded the Padma Shri, India's fourth highest civilian award in 2020.
