Pakoda Recipe | Make & Freeze Technique | Ramadan Special Recipe 2026 | Recipe Card: 2 Potatoes (Cut in French Fries Style) 1 Cup Spinach 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves 2 Sliced Onion Handful Coriander Leaves 5/6 Green Chilli 1 TBS Cumin Seeds 2 TBS Coriander Seeds 1/2 TS Carrom Seeds (Ajwain) 1 TBS Red Chilli Powder 1 TBS Chilli Flakes 1/2 Ts Turmeric 1/2 TS Baking Soda Pinch of Food Colour Salt 3/4 Cup Gram Flour 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour Mix everything nicely. If You want to freeze then dont add salt, baking soda & food colour. Just mix everything and keep in air tight container or in ziplock bag. Then Keep in freezer for 2 weeks. There is no specific mesaurement of gram flour, add little water and if you see its binding then stop adding gram flour.
