Ikura (Trout Roe) Marinating Sauce Recipe Ingredients: Soy sauce – 100ml Mirin – 100ml Sake – 100ml Dashi – 100ml Instructions: Before mixing everything together, bring the mirin and sake to a gentle boil to burn off the alcohol. Let it cool, then mix all the ingredients together to make the marinade.
