We stopped by at few different places, total travelled distance approx. 3,000KM. Videos content emphasis on quality videography with minimum vlogging. Below are the useful information for road travelers from Malaysia entering Thailand border. Documents required at Thailand Custom & Immigration Checkpoints :- (A) Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration checkpoint ( in this journey ) (B) Padang Besar Immigration checkpoint ( Information below referred to Malaysians only, other nationalities could be different ) 1. Malaysia International Passport (validity shall not less than 6 months) – original √ and “ a photocopy” if you are the vehicle driver. 2. Malaysia registered Vehicle Registration Grant ( original√ and a photocopy ) 3. 3rd party Thai vehicle insurance for the brought in vehicle – buy at “Insurance Thailand shop” in Changlun ( Code : 1.10 for vehicle with 7 seaters and below ) ( RM 20 = 9 days) ( RM 30 = 19 days for 1.10, RM 42 -19 days for 1.20) 4. TM 2 - information of Conveyance form (2 copies are needed – ( 1 copy during entering & 1 copy when exiting Thailand ) Form can be obtained/bought at the “ Thailand insurance shops “ This form is related to the information of the brought in vehicle, will be stamped together with driver’s passport + driver’s fingers print scaning. When exiting Thailand, besides returning the 2nd copy, DO REMEMBER TO SIGN A FORM as requested by the custom officer. 5. TM 3 - Passenger list form (2 copies are needed – ( 1 copy during entering & 1 copy when exiting Thailand ) Form can be obtained/bought at the “ Thailand insurance shops “ This form is related to the summary of passengers 6. TM 6 ; also known as white card (the same card with Arrival+Departure sections if you enter Thailand by air, Arrival section will be kept by immigration officer when entering and Departure section will be required to hand over when exiting Thailand) – can buy at “Thailand insurance shops” in Changlun – RM1.00/card – “each card for each person” 7. Customs Declaration Form ( if any other things to declare ) – do it when you arrived Sadao Customs House.
