In Loving Memory of Our President (1952 – March 27, 2026) He passed away at the age of 73. A man who truly loved Jazz, he managed our family’s miso business while dedicating himself to mastering the saxophone. Known for his unwavering integrity and deep spirituality, he was cherished and respected by everyone in the local community. His favorite phrase was "Okagesan-de-na"—a Japanese expression of deep gratitude meaning, "I am who I am today thanks to all of you and the blessings of life." With a heart full of gratitude for each day, he faithfully protected our 150-year-old traditions. We create this video to honor his life, his music, and the legacy he leaves behind. "The soul lives on in the tradition we carry forward." #japanesefood #OrganicMiso #JapaneseTradition #Saxophone #Memorial #TheSoulLivesOn #Craftsmanship #ArtisanMiso #Heritage #JapanCulture
