UCSD ZOR is the University of California San Diego's premier Bollywood/Fusion dance team currently in its 12th year on the national circuit. Like many others in the circuit, we were faced with unprecedented challenges this year, and any visions of a traditional competition season or in-person practices were removed from the picture. However, Zor XII made its mission this year to feed the flame and fuel our passion for dance, continuing to dance as a team. After countless Zoom practices, we proudly present UCSD Zor’s first video series project. "Dandanakka" is the second video in the series and incorporates a blend of kuthu southie dancing and rowdy emotions. While times may have changed, Zor will continue to dance as one and hopefully inspire you along the way through our pride and love for South Asian dance.
