নিয়তি – হুমায়ূন আহমেদ | Niyoti | Humayun Ahmed। Bangla Audio Book | কন্ঠে/ পাঠেঃ মারুফ হুমায়ূন আহমেদ ১৩ই নভেম্বর ১৯৪৮ সালে নেত্রকোনার মোহনগঞ্জে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। তাঁর বাবা ফয়জার রহমান আহমেদ এবং মায়ের নাম- আয়শা ফয়েজ। হুমায়ূন আহমেদ ১৯৬৫ সালে বগুড়া জেলা স্কুল থেকে মাধ্যমিক ও ১৯৬৭ সালে ঢাকা কলেজ থেকে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাস করেন। ১৯৭০ ও ১৯৭২ সালে তিনি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে রসায়ন বিষয়ে স্নাতক (সম্মান) ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকতা দিয়ে তাঁর কর্মজীবন শুরু হয়। কিন্তু সাহিত্য চর্চার জন্য অধ্যাপনা থেকে স্বেচ্ছায় অবসর গ্রহণ করেন। তিনি কথা সাহিত্যিক, নাট্যকার, চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাতা হিসেবে বিপুল খ্যাতি অর্জন করেন। তিনি প্রায় দুই শতাধিক গ্রন্থ রচনা করেন। তাঁর রচিত উল্লেখযোগ্য উপন্যাস : নীল অপরাজিতা, প্রিয়তমেষু, জয়জয়ন্তী, শঙ্খনীল কারাগার, অয়োময়, এলেবেলে ইত্যাদি। তাঁর নির্মিত উল্লেখযোগ্য চলচ্চিত্র : শঙ্খনীল কারাগার, আগুনের পরশমণি, শ্যামল ছায়া, শ্রাবণ মেঘের দিন, ঘেঁটুপুত্র কমলা ইত্যাদি। তিনি একুশে পুরস্কারসহ অসংখ্য পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। ক্লোন ক্যান্সারে আক্রান্ত হয়ে ২০১২ সালের ১৯শে জুলাই তারিখে এই নন্দিত লেখক মৃত্যুবরণ করেন Get ready to immerse yourself in the timeless brilliance of Humayun Ahmed with "Niyoti".
