Jagjit Singh and Ishleen Kaur from Gurgaon have been repurposing discarded drums into warm shelters for stray dogs. Their initiative, which began nearly five years ago, has provided over 15,000 free shelters. The duo recycles drums from paint factories, adding mattresses and awareness stickers.
