ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP Tape's A.K.A. "Tape II", or "Demo II". Zap, you know who it be. This is just a quick vid to provide a download link for anyone out there who couldn't get their hands on this tape. Before I move on, I'd like to thank Judah Mergl, the guitarist for ZAP, (   / @xlhell167  ) for providing the original rip. Perfect in every way, but there's no download available (Nonetheless, big ups dawg, yo shit's fire). So, ya boy chopped up and labeled the rip himself, and it's down at the bottom. The band of the day is Zap, comin' from Indiana. These turds dropped this cassette sometime back in early 2015, to the surprise of many. Their sounds have changed a lil' bit since their FANTASTIC 2014 demo, takin' on a bit of a more... shit, I dunno, southern sound? I don't know how to describe it, but it seems like a handful of NWI punk bands have been slowly shifting to this bizarre punk rock n' roll sound that sounds kinda... southern? I don't really know, am I the only one who's noticed this trend? It's a little hard to describe, and I don't want to shit all over it by calling it "hardcore cowpunk" (fuckin ew). With Big Zit (   • Big Zit ‎– I.P.C.R.1/Electric Zit Vol...  ) and Laffing Gas's (   • LAFFING GAS - 2015 Demo (DOWNLOAD IN ...  ) recent releases, it's sorta-kinda-maybe a noticeable trend here. Am I the only one who's seein' this, or am I just dumb? Eh, probably the latter. If any of you can help me pinpoint WHAT this music sounds more like, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's killin' me, like it's at the tip of my tongue. Regardless, still rad as heckk.
