Mr. Crutcher’s car broke down in the middle of a road in Tulsa, Oklahoma when police officers approached and he asked for help. Tulsa police officers did not serve and protect but instead killed him in cold blood. Watch the video. 1. Did Officer Shelby look frightened as she claimed? There was plenty of backup, she was not alone. She also had a gun pointed at his back and his arms were visible in the air. 2. Did Mr. Crutcher appear threatening with his arms fully visible in the air and Officer Shelby's gun pointed at his back? 3. Why was the dash cam turned away from Mr. Crutcher body? There appeared to be at least dozen officers on the scene doing nothing except forming a visual blockade. 4. Finally, less than 30 seconds after Mr. Crutcher was shot by Officer Betty Shelby, why was Mr. Crutcher left alone, unattended and probably bleeding to death in the road without first aide or CPR administered? When did the ambulance arrive? Can't tell if CPR was eventually administered though briefly several minutes after Mr. Crutcher was unnecessarily shot. There were many first responders on the scene yet none seemed interested in saving this man’s life.
