Looking over all of the information about the villains of Spider-Man: No Way Home and where they came from, I believe that these are the exact(ish) moments where they are pulled from. We had concrete answers for 3 of the 6 villains pulled in. Spider-Man (2002) - Norman Osborn is pulled from this timeline with his glider and suit intact with him and knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. This is one of the few moments where we see him with the suit and glider after he discovers Peter's secret. Spider-Man 2 (2004) - Otto Octavius tells us in NWH that he had Spider-Man by the throat as he was finishing his machine. Spider-Man 3 (2007) - Flint Marko has already made amends with Peter Parker when he arrives in NWH. It therefor didn't make much sense for Marko to be pulled in during the events of Spider-Man 3. We have used a deleted scene from Spider-Man 3 which sees Flint briefly (kind of) reunited with his daughter, Penny. The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) - Dr. Curtis Connors appears in NWH in his final lizard form from the final act of TASM. It made the most sense that we would see him pulled from his timeline after removing his labcoat and before he fights Peter in the finale of that film. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) - Max Dillon tells us the exact moment he was pulled from his timeline. He was absorbing electrical energy, about to become pure data and then.... "oh shit, I was about to die." Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021) - This is the only example of a sequence we have already explicitly seen on screen. The Venom symbiote shows Eddie Brock the knowledge of the Symbiote hive mind, exposing him to the truth of Peter Parker's identity of Spider-Man, thus causing his eligibility to be pulled into the MCU through Peter's botched spell.
