This song lives up to its title! This is a very cool song, a great Dion DiMucci soundalike record, and quite a hard record to find. There are literally dozens of records out there of guys who wanted to sound like Dion, many of them have been compiled on bootleg cds, but somehow this one has been overlooked (it's time to right that wrong!). Who are those background singers? It's possible they're the song's writers, Ted Daryll and Chip Taylor, but I don't know. I dig this record a whole ton, and I hope any Dion fan would as well. This also was released in 1964, which was during the time when Dion had been performing more folk rock oriented material for Columbia.
