RECIPE PLEASE CHECK DESCRIPTION!!! ==================================== KITCHENWARE 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== PLATE INGREDIENTS 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== SPICY COCONUT MILK CHICKEN WINGS Recipe by Rudy Choirudin INGREDIENTS 1: 700 g of fairly large chicken wings, cut into pieces 1 tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp water INGREDIENTS 2: Blend until smooth 7 cloves of garlic 10 red cayenne peppers 2 tbsp chili powder 1 stalk of lemongrass, chopped 3 cm galangal, chopped 2 cm ginger, chopped 2 tsp fried shrimp paste 1 seedless tamarind marble ¾ tsp salt 6 tbsp water INGREDIENTS 3: 5 tbsp oil 6 shallots, chopped 1 pandan leaf 4 torn lime leaves 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp granulated sugar 500 ml medium thick coconut milk HOW TO MAKE: 1. Mix all ingredients 1 until smooth, let stand for a moment 2. Heat the grill, then grill until yellowish and the aroma of grilling comes out / can be added with a torch to grill it, set aside 3. Saute the shallots until they start to turn yellow, add the pandan and lime leaves until fragrant then add the ground spices, cook until fragrant and cooked 4. Add ½ of the coconut milk, reduce heat and cover until the spices reduce by 50% 5. Add the remaining coconut milk, brown sugar and granulated sugar 6.
