The upcoming IBSF World Cup event with Women´s Monobob, 2-Man and 2-Woman Bobsleigh and 4-Man Bobsleigh will be the last in Igls in its current track form. Originally built for the 1976 Winter Olympic Games, the track is currently undergoing extensive renovations, which will include, for example, a brand-new layout for the bottom section and finish line area. The new sections of track that have already been completed will be connected to the rest of the track as soon as the current season comes to an end. Thank you for watching! Die für die Olympischen Winterspiele 1976 erbaute Bahn wird aktuell umfangreich umgebaut und bekommt unten anderem einen komplett anderen Verlauf im unteren Teil und Zielauslauf. Die bereits errichteten neuen Bahnabschnitte werden im Anschluss an die aktuelle Saison mit dem Rest der Strecke verbunden.
