SHOCKING video shows man abducting toddler from Virginia mall

Chilling video shared by Fairfax County police shows the moment a toddler is abducted at a mall in Virginia. According to police, the man, identified as 26-year-old Andres Caceres Jaldin, picked up the young girl after she wandered from a play area inside Fair Oaks Mall on July 18th. The child’s mother received a phone call from her husband after realizing their toddler was missing, when she spotted Caceres Jaldin carrying her daughter, according to court records. Upon being confronted by the mother, the man claimed he had only been trying to return the child to her parents, according to the criminal complaint. He then left the mall in a stolen car, which was then traced to a hotel he was staying at in the nearby town of Chantilly, where he was arrested, police said.
