Ahhh, the biggest diet killer: overeating on the weekends, or weekend binging. It's all too common! You are super strict with your diet throughout the week, but then, during the weekend, you blow your diet, overeat, or you may even binge. How can you stop overeating on the weekends? We will go over 6 easy tips to avoid that in this video. This can be applied to going out to eat, social situations, parties...anything where you feel your diet may be compromised, we're going to come up with a plan for you to stay on track during the weekends, so you can continue to make progress in your weight loss/fitness journey.
