Sitka, Alaska | Driving Tour from Port to Town & Back with Ambient Acoustic Music

We're going back to Sitka, Alaska for a little drive. A common port of call should you find yourself on an Alaskan cruise, Sitka is one stop you won't be just stepping off the boat into. The port you'll dock at is pretty scant, consisting only of a small building with a bit of shopping and food. The actual town of Sitka is located a ways away, and you will need to take a shuttle to get there. Thankfully, the shuttle is free, with the ride being about 15 minutes each way. If that weren't good enough, the landscape of Alaska itself is absolutely beautiful. You'll get to check that out in this video. First, we'll take a mountain view drive into town, followed by a brief stop in town, then an ocean view drive back to port. We got lucky too with the sunshine. Typically, Sitka is quite rainy. The downside is that that morning sun was brutal on the camera. This was our second stop in Alaska aboard the Quantum of the Seas.
