Adidas ATR UB is a LEVEL UP from the current Ultraboosts. Almost Every aspect on this shoe has been slightly modified compared to the regular ultraboost. The ankle collar is a sock collar now and it has a faux tongue. This faux tongue is to help your sneaker look normal when wearing pants that aren’t joggers or tights. This is something most sock collar shoes lack. Its the flexibility to rock the shoe in different style of pants. The laces are rope laces with a new flexible, possibly TPU, eyelet. Primeknit upper stripe patterns, is much less prominent with the pattern, and it cuts off around the toe area. The Heel cage is 3D printed, and is much tougher than before. The 3 stripes is actually embedded into the primeknit upper, making this technically an uncaged ultraboost, but it feels just as supportive. Thicker ankle cushioning and Thicker outsole. The only thing kept untouched is the regular ole’ ultraboost midsole.
