Zwift Epic races have a reputation for being long, savage, and completely unforgiving — and this one lived up to all of it. This race was two full laps of The Muckle Yin, a course that just doesn’t let up. Long climbs, constant pressure, and very little chance to recover. I came into this off some decent recent form and wanted to see how that would hold up over a truly brutal Epic race. In this video I talk through the race, how it unfolded, the key moments on the climbs, and what it’s really like racing one of the hardest courses Zwift has to offer for the first time.
