Windows 11 Dev build 23435 and what's new - Gallery and smart features

Build 23435 is here for the Dev Channel - another Friday flight, only a week after the last one! In this build, Dev Insiders get the Windows App SDK File Explorer and the new File Explorer Gallery feature (41040327, variants 0 and 1 available) which provides a special view for photos. There are also new variants of start menu account badging (36435151) and presence sensing privacy settings and APIs, and the usual fixes. As for hidden features, we have new smart snap assist suggestions (41863571, 42589465) that suggest app layouts that you can apply in one click, as well as updated taskbar search settings with a new open on hover setting (43572692).
