This Magimix 4200XL is a very good food processor with 30 years motor and 3 years parts Guarantee. This is good for people that do a lot of baking and mixing and cooking flour related dishes. Unfortunately it is not for me as I do more of blending and shredding. I used it once to blend some tomatoes, it blended very well but I couldn’t control the speed as I wanted. It has only 3 control buttons, the auto, pulse and stop. The auto which is the action button does it own controlling according to what you put into the processor. I wanted to do the controlling, to be able to set the speed I want it to perform.
