We got 3 phases of the Wily Machine to work with here. The first two are similar with what you have to avoid. And the third one is, of course, the Capsule. Although this one seems less likely to telefrag you compared to others. Helps that he's preluded by a flash which will show where he's gonna be. But after beating him, Wily does his usual routine of begging, but then he makes a quick getaway via a door. Because of course he does.
