I've been working on this on and off for a bit over a year. Had way more fun with it than I thought I would. There's actually way more depth to the special stages and routing to this run than I expected. I changed my emerald path a few times over the course of doing attempts, and changed strats in the special stages a few times as well. There's even some more faster strats in the special stages that I don't go for...yet, given the difficulty vs time save ratio gets pretty bad. Anyway, happy to get a pretty nice run. HC2 and MG1 were my worst stages - they seldom go well, but I did lose significant amounts of time in both. Very happy with the time overall though. --- My glitchless ruleset: https://pastebin.com/L5VHJufF Tl;dr: Everything is banned, even if slightly marginal. Because I am using my own personal, and stricter ruleset for glitchless and not any community one, it would be silly to refer to this as a "World Record", but it is still the best time. --- This run is timed in Real Time, as the routing elements of when to get emeralds make the Time Bonus relevant (i.e. If you ignored the Time Bonus it would be faster to skip the second emerald in AI1 and get it in HC2 instead.
