Hello again! I'm so excited to put this video out to you all. Here I talk about some of my experiences with chronic incontinence (I've had both fecal and urinary incontinence in my life) and some of the important things I've learned. This video is really geared toward people with pelvic floor dysfunction, Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis, etc. These conditions can all cause incontinence, which can be an emotionally difficult condition. I know it was for me. I urge you guys to comment below with your incontinence stories. You are not alone!
