Sehri ke baad subha 9 baje office ke liye nikalta hoon. Mera ghar Samungli side par hai aur office Sariab Road Quetta me hai, jiska distance one side 28KM hai (total 56KM daily travel). Office se 3 baje chutti ke baad main seedha gym jata hoon aur rozay ki halat me workout karta hoon. Ye vlog koi show off nahi, balkay real life routine hai — Ramazan me kaam, safar aur fitness ko balance karne ki koshish. Agar aap bhi job, study ya routine manage karte hain to ye video aap ko motivate karegi. Ramazan sirf bhook aur pyaas ka naam nahi balkay sabr, discipline aur self-control ka mahina hai. Is mahine me insan apni aadaton ko badalne ki koshish karta hai aur apni zindagi ko behtar banane ka irada karta hai. Sehri ke waqt uthna, namaz parhna aur phir apne din ki tayari karna aik alag sukoon deta hai. Ramazan insan ko sirf mazhabi tor par nahi balkay mentally aur emotionally bhi strong banata hai aur insan apni zindagi ko nayi soch ke sath dekhna shuru karta hai. Exercise aur fitness sirf body banane ke liye nahi hoti balkay healthy zindagi jeene ke liye zaroori hoti hai. Office aur safar ki thakan ke bawajood gym jana aik challenge hota hai, lekin jab aadat ban jaye to ye routine zindagi ka hissa lagta hai. Rozana ki zindagi me sab se bara challenge routine ko balance karna hota hai. Subha jaldi uthna, office ke liye tayar hona aur lamba safar tay karna asaan kaam nahi hota. Mera ghar aur office ka distance kafi zyada hai aur rozana ana jana aik imtehan jaisa lagta hai. Road par guzarta waqt insan ko mukhtalif log, mukhtalif kahaniyan aur mukhtalif zindagiyan nazar aati hain jo sochnay par majboor karti hain. Office pohanch kar zimmedariyan shuru ho jati hain jahan kaam par focus rakhna parta hai. Ramazan me thakan zyada hoti hai lekin phir bhi insan apni duty nibhata hai. 3 baje chutti ke baad aram karne ke bajaye gym jana routine ko aur mushkil bana deta hai, lekin isi consistency se aadmi strong banta hai. Ye daily routine insan ko time ki qadar, mehnat ki ahmiyat aur discipline ki value sikhata hai. Aakhir me ye samajh aata hai ke kamyabi sirf talent se nahi balkay rozana ki choti choti mehnaton se milti hai. Gym insan ko sirf physical strength nahi deta balkay mental confidence bhi deta hai.
