This week, we're brewing coffee using a cone-shaped brewer for the first time in a short while. We're using the Flower Dripper from Cafec/SanyoSangyo this week, kindly provided to us by Daiki Hatakeyama after his wonderful performance in the most recent World Brewers Cup in Milan.
