I'm in the process of doing the annual inspection and repair of all of my Halloween props in preparation for setup at the end of September. The cauldron creep is one I always have to adjust and tweak a little to keep it running smooth each year. This will be it's 8th year in our display and it always gets a lot of attention and questions about how it works. What better time to make a video showing some of the mechanisms and tricks I use to animate it than when I've got it up on the workbench for adjustments.
