Welcome back to the ✨Crochet Crash Course✨ 📌 Follow along this series to easily grow your crochet skills:    • Crochet Crash Course (designed for beginners)   Now that we've completed the basics, we can move into some more intricate techniques using stitches you already know! We're going to learn how to create a ribbed effect through a technique called "back loops only" (BLO) 🧶 A slipstitch in the BLO will give you a cinched looked, especially in a top or sweater. A single crochet in the BLO will still give you a tight look, but the ribbed effect will be more pronounced! We'll learn both methods in today's video! You can use any stitch in the BLO to create a ribbed look :) Yarn: Acrylic Hook: 5.5mm There's no assignment for today since we're not at the point in our cardigans to add ribbing quite yet.
