Designed by MAPA, the project blends modern construction technology with a design approach that harmonizes with nature. Using a plug & play system, the house is prefabricated with CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) technology and quickly assembled on-site. Set within the dense Atlantic Forest, Minimod offers an intimate living experience with its surroundings, perched beside a steep ravine that provides breathtaking views. With a compact and sustainable design, the house presents a smart alternative to traditional construction—perfect as a retreat, weekend home, or remote living space that remains both comfortable and aesthetically refined.
