Set in the vibrant streets of Kerala, "The Night WE MET" is a heartfelt prequel to the acclaimed short film "A Night with My Ex". This emotional yet relatable story explores the unexpected twists of love, connection, and self-discovery. The story begins when the hero, a young man unsure about love, receives a proposal from a girl but feels no connection. Confused, he takes a walk to clear his mind. At a nearby metro station, he unexpectedly meets Jenny, a charming and mysterious girl. Their encounter begins with a small accident—Jenny slips while stepping down the stairs, and the hero rushes to help her with her minor injury. As they talk, he learns that she accidentally got off at the wrong metro station and is trying to reach the correct one nearby. What starts as a simple act of kindness turns into a magical walk under the stars. As they stroll together, sparks fly, and Jenny shares heartfelt advice about relationships, leaving a lasting impression on the hero. He becomes captivated by her and starts messaging and calling her, but she never responds. A friend suggests that Jenny might have just been teasing him, but the hero can’t shake off the connection they shared. Determined to find closure, he sends her one last message: "I won’t message you again, but I want to see you one last time." Despite receiving no reply, he waits for her at the metro station, hoping she’ll show up. Will Jenny come to meet him, or will this remain a bittersweet memory?
