We had the chance to sit down with the one and only Andrew Wong (yes, that Andrew Wong from Wild Rice!) to talk about Dan’s Legacy—a truly inspiring program making a HUGE difference for at-risk youth. 🙌 In this 3-month program, young people learn basic cooking skills, retail food operations, and life skills that are so important for their future.
