Presenting at the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships in Glasgow changed my life. I have since been addicted to the adrenaline packed sport, scene, culture and community that is BMX. Inspired by Team GB's own Charlotte Worthington and Sasha Pardoe, I decided I needed to give BMX a try! It took me only one more BMX event, the Swatch Battle of Hastings at Source Park, to commit to my new hobby, so I walked out of the park with 'Baby Blu' my BMX. In this premier episode for my sparkling new YouTube channel you'll see how excited a 30-something year old gets when they take air for the first time, or do I?! You'll have to watch and find out.
