Today recipe is "Duck Spicy Sour Soup ". It has a deep fermented fish taste, fresh herbs and various vegetables. I hope you'll like this recipe and give it a try. ***Note : 1 Grilling the fermented fish paste will enhance the flavor and remove the fishy smell. 2 You can either grill or saute lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal, garlic, shallot and some bird eye chilies. If you choose to grill them, the cooking method is a little bit different. You just need to bring 1,1/2 liter of water to boil and throw all grilled stuffs in from the start.
