Well well, the Norfolk county DA's office is back in the spotlight again with this week's testimony from Adam Lally, who was dragged into a hearing by Rosemary Scapicchio, the defense attorney for homicide suspect Myles King. Lally was asked to account for late discovery in the case...how late you ask???? Well, let's just say... years! The question is, was this a case of lazy Lally, OR something much more insidious.
