Double Dragon Advance (Game Boy Advance) No Death Clear (Normal Difficulty)

Many people say this is the best Double Dragon, and I mostly agree. The combat mechanics are super fun, the pacing is on point, and the presentation is excellent. However, this game has quite a few issues when it comes to difficulty. There are a lot of insta-death hazards (far more than in any Double Dragon I’ve played) and the enemy AI is very unpredictable. Going for a 1CC isn’t too difficult since the game is very generous with extra lives, but a deathless run is a brutal challenge. You don’t get heals during stages, and the combination of ruthless enemies and insta-death BS makes it unforgiving. It took me a while to get it, after several one-death-only runs, but I finally pulled it off. I also didn’t want to bother with the highest difficulty, since it only increases enemy health. Enemy spawns remain the same for the most part, and the final stage becomes nearly impossible due to the timer. Shoutouts to Juno973 and Sandro & Lais SND for their helpful videos.
