Conditional Formatting in Excel using Between with Dates and Number with COOL TIP

Do you need to highlight values between two numbers or highlight dates between two dates? Conditional Formatting has you covered. It is easy to highlight dates and numbers. One issue I see is just looking at the highlighted cells you don't know the start and stop value. To get around this issue, I like to add a start and stop label in my data and reference the cell ranges instead of typing in the numbers or dates. This gives you a lot more flexibility.
