The 2022 modular, 10297 Boutique Hotel, comes with 3066 pieces and took approximately eight hours to build. There are many new techniques in this set and it stands apart from the rest of the Modular Buildings Collection because of the unique angles used for the hotel portion of the build. I assumed there would be less detail inside the buildings due to the angles used, but that was not the case - the set makes great use of the interior space. I love that for the 15-year anniversary modular set, the design team created something classic yet unique and the build was my favorite so far out of the (albeit few) modular buildings I have single-handedly built.
