How is technology driving business in 2025? This was the question at the forefront of Comarch User Group 2025. This year, the conference was dedicated to professionals from the following sectors: Loyalty, e-Invoicing, Banking, Insurance, and Telecommunications. It was time full of multiple industry insights, presentations, panel discussions, and opportunities for exchanging ideas. This year’s edition was exceptional in many ways – both in terms of scale and content. A record-breaking 700 participants from 48 countries and six continents gathered at the company’s headquarters, making it the most attended conference in Comarch’s history. The first day of the conference featured inspiring presentations, expert meetings, and engaging conversations at Comarch’s main headquarters in Kraków. Participants had the opportunity to explore the state-of-the-art Comarch Data Center and Innovation Space to witness firsthand the innovations currently in development. In the evening, all attendees gathered at a unique venue – the historic Stara Zajezdnia, which for one night was transformed into a vibrant networking space. A festive dinner held in the industrial interior, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, allowed for informal continuation of earlier discussions. On the second day, the event moved to the prestigious Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University, where industry-specific tracks were held. Dynamic speeches, impressive presentations, and in-depth panel discussions provided participants with full immersion into the latest technological trends and solutions. Thank you to everyone who joined us in Kraków. See you at the next Comarch User Group!
