As noted in Forbes magazine, Bob Hope once told Phil Donahue that the view from the top of the Warwick Hotel in Houston was the best in the world. When the Warwick turned into Hotel ZaZa, the top floor was transformed into a series of suites called the Rock Star Suite, Black Label, Tycoon, For Your Eyes Only, Fatal Charms, Bella Vita, and It Happened One Night. Rice University prominently placed on the world map by the late US President George H W Bush hosting a Global Summit with world leaders is just a stones throw away from Hotel Zaza. The Texas Medical Center is minutes from Hotel Zaza and is accessible by MetroRail. There is a MetroRail station directly across the street (on Fannin).
