DAY 2 HIGHLIGHTS | 29 JANUARY 2026 Three-Day Regional Mentoring Session on Innovation I 28-30 January 2026 Building on the strong foundation set on Day 1, Day 2 of the Three-Day Regional Mentoring Session on Innovation for Teachers & Students of PM SHRI Schools focused on translating ideas into action through structured learning, experimentation, and collaboration. The day commenced with Session 1: Day 1 Reflection and Alignment, enabling participants to consolidate learnings, reflect on insights, and align their innovation journeys with clear objectives. Session 2: Build–Learn–Measure – Prototyping in Action introduced participants to iterative prototyping, emphasizing experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement as core pillars of innovation. Sessions 3 & 4: Work on Idea / Many Ideas, One Solution – Filtering What to Build guided teams through idea refinement, helping them evaluate feasibility, impact, and user relevance to converge on actionable solutions. The day concluded with Session 5: Innovation in Action, featuring an immersive visit to the Incubation Centre / Centre of Excellence within the campus, offering participants first-hand exposure to real-world innovation ecosystems, start-up support structures, and applied research environments. With 114 participants—44 teachers and 70 students—from 16 PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and 29 PM SHRI Schools across Jharkhand, Day 2 strengthened the shift from ideation to execution, reinforcing experiential learning at the heart of the bootcamp. Organized under the aegis of the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education (Government of India), in collaboration with AICTE, MoE’s Innovation Cell (MIC), School Innovation Council, NCERT, PM SHRI, and the Wadhwani Foundation, the programme continues to nurture problem-solvers and future innovators. Day 2 was about doing, testing, and refining.
