I had the idea it was Nixie tubes, due to individual tubes and dirty glass, but after open look and clean up, it was VFD Chinese YS27-3, so many parts was broken, almost all transistors, and capacitors, it is full of russian Ic's and Indian transistors and chinese capacitors and transistors, nothing can be googled, but I was able to reverse engineer the needed circuits to figure out the needed NPN and PNP transistor types, Power supply uses PNP transistors, Filament switchmode board used NPN transistors. I think all IC's are cmos they get 14-15V in this unit. This uinit was purchased via indian ship wrecker seller online, so we know for sure it was from a ship.
