accidentally posting two pac-man videos in a row, whoops. this fangame that ive been keepin' track of for quite awhile has finally got a demo out , and ican already imagine this game is gonna Consume my brain.... u can check it aout here: https://retropone.itch.io/pac-ultimix pac-man ultimate mix is . well . the Ultimate pac-man game. it has nearly Every maze from Everything ever. not just the official games, not just weird ports and obscure side games, not even just from rom hacks and fangames. any Maze from Anything ever is in this game. they've got the damn Pak-Rat maze from iCarly in this game. it's insane. despite it only being a demo. it has 841 mazes, with plans for even More. theyve even got all sorts of customizable options... you can play with super fast speeds, as many lives/credits as you want, as many ghosts as you want. it's insane. but. a slight sad thing 4 me is. im personally a freak for the Championship Edition games (mainly CE1 and CEDX). those two games probably have consumed the most time out of anything in my life, and yet. only the first set of mazes from CE1 are represented here, and none of the mechanics from those games are here. Instead of clearing each side of the maze separately, it works on CE2 rules of only having to collect one fruit after clearing the whole maze, which. Doesn't really work for the maze designs of CE1/DX. im not Too upset about it, since. this game already has a Ton of meat to chew on, and i already have CEDX on PC to play whenever i want. But , i dont have as accessible of a way of playing CE1, so having it represented here wouldve been nice. However. while i cant get a Fully accurate CE1 experience here , i was able 2 come up with something just as insane : by setting the rules to Fast speeds, booster always on, and having 10 ghosts with constantly aggressive AI , you get some of the most exhilarating game's play of ever...... it almost reminds me of Pac-Man Forever's late game mazes, but now it's more accessible as you dont have to clear like 50 mazes just to Play it. im a Little bit ass at it, but. trying to eat every ghost from a single pellet while Also dodging all the other ghosts on the maze is rlly fun.... give it a try, if u dare... even beyond this, i can imagine myself picking away at this game for a Long time .... theres still so many mazes i oughta discover... and it's Still just a demo..... i recommend u give this game a try, and im lookin 4ward to more...
