My Father Flor de Las Antillas

My Father released the Flor de Las Antillas earlier this year at a very nice price point. Being from My Father and an average MSRP of around $6.50, these quickly became a hot seller. I heard several people on Twitter talking about the medium body smoke with great flavor so I quickly decided I needed to get my hands on some. Luckily, one of my local cigar shops had just gotten in a large shipment of them, Habana Port in Covington, LA, so I grabbed up some robustos, toros and torpedoes. I loved the soft box press these cigars had and the aroma off the cigar was sweet tobacco notes. I wasn't disappointed. The cigar smoked excellently and was full of flavor. I quickly smoked through what I had, not remembering to save at least one for a review. Needing to get my hands on more, I talked to closest local shop owner, The Cigar Shop in Biloxi, MS, and told him we needed to pick up My Father Cigars at this year's IPCPR. He completely agreed. While there, I went and talked to the lovely Grace Sotolongo of MFC about the Flor de Las Antillas while I was opening an account with them for the shop. She told me that the it was a huge hit. Sparky D'Lighter agreed. I even ordered an extra box of robustos for the shop for myself. They weren't wrong. These cigars have been flying off the shelves since they've arrived. With a cigar with great flavor, medium body and a very approachable price point, My Father has another hit here. Check it out, I'm sure you'll agree.
