Undertale - Flowey Neutral End Conversation Post-Genocide Reset

I haven't seen this one mentioned anywhere, so I decided to chronicle it. If you do a Neutral playthrough after abandoning a Genocide playthrough via NORMAL reset, at first it just seems like all it changes is Flowey's conversation at the beginning. However, in the very last conversation on a Neutral playthrough if you spared Flowey, what he says here is actually very different than normal. (Specifically, I got all the way to Sans on the Genocide playthrough without ever saving beating him, though I imagine as long as you trigger the different conversation at the beginning with Flowey you should still qualify for this. I also went Pre-Pacifist, so it's possible that may make a difference as well in what he says. Killing Asgore does not make a difference here, though, I had the save backed up and tested it both ways.) (Sorry for the crappy quality, I don't normally record anything.)
